This program is a week to week program. You pay for only the weeks that you attend and payment is due on Monday when children are dropped off for that week! Children need to pack a lunch and snack daily to bring to the school. Parents are allowed to drop off and pick up at anytime during the day… if we are gone for a field trip however you must wait until we are back at the school.

Lunch and snacks should be brought from home in a bag or lunchbox ready to eat. We do not have a place to refrigerate or to microwave anything. There is a snack machine if students want to buy from there or they may bring their own snack. Sharing between anyone is only allowed by siblings for food or money for snacks or drinks.

Parts of Our Day

At our facility our program is martial arts specific and the activities done throughout the day are for that primary purpose. All actives are cheated or managed by our certified TaeKwonDo instructors. Our Summer Sports Recreational Day programs are only to be open for a select number of students. We are a Martial Arts School and as such we are in the talent and skill business, not supervision and care business. Supervision is incidental to its overall purpose. More than 75% of any individuals child’s program time is spent engaging in our activities.

drills

TaeKwonDo forms, sparring, one-steps, bag drills, partner drills, and board breaking. Specific class details depend on what week of the belt testing cycle we are on.

game

Cross training with any type of physical fitness greatly increase results. We like to use games such as basketball, dodgeball, tag, obstacle courses, kickball, etc., and we put our own TaeKwonDo twist on every game to coincide with our martial arts training to increase results and to raise the fun level at the same time.

inside

In our classroom talk we explore into the history, philosophy, and the tenets of TaeKwonDo and martial arts. Our tenets Honor, Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, Courage, and Community is something that we want all our students to not only have knowledge of their meaning but to also understand how to use them in their everyday lives at home, school, or wherever they may be away from their martial arts facility. We also encourage our students to keep focused on having good grades in school and helping with chores at home.

bus

The Transportation Company (TR Transportation, LLC.) works exclusively for us and uses qualified professional drives to transport children to our Martial Arts Facility.

Mat Talk

Mat Talks are crucial part of the a hands-on show and tell section of any students training. Mat talks include bullying and a series of what to do discussions and demonstrations if someone is or is trying to bully you. Mat talks also discuss special events such as belt testing, tournaments, instructor/leadership programs, their rules, procedures, and demonstrations of what students have to do at these events.
